    Completely Changed My Monday Mood

    This was my first time having the kind of experience I did with Coach Shay at her Luminous Release this past Monday morning. My nervous system was completely at ease, I actually visualized for the first time and my week was started off by the kind of clean slate you get by getting to fully slow down before the busyness of the week.
