Can’t find your tickets?

• Use the email from your Stripe receipt. Check “Your Marigold Experiences receipt” in your inbox — whatever address it went to is the one we know.
• Check spam/promotions. The sign-in link comes from Resend, not Marigold’s usual sender — it sometimes lands one tab over.
• Someone booked for you? Ask them to forward the confirmation email — your ticket is in that thread, no separate account needed.
• Still stuck? Contact us with the email you think you used — a real person answers, usually within a business day.
