Hosted at The Underground Spa & Wellness at The Logan Hotel, this intimate experience—led by Reiki Master Zelette Harris—features a guided intention setting, floating sound bath, and group Reiki session, for deep relaxation and mental clarity. Guests will enjoy light refreshments and reflective conversation. Ascend is the perfect midweek pause—ideal for individuals seeking a restorative reset in a serene, spa-level setting. What to know: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Attire: wear shorts or bring a change of clothing, as you may get slightly wet when entering or exiting the pool. Swimming is not required—comfortable inflatable mattresses are provided.
