Hi, I’m Anika, the owner & baker behind The AniCakes Co. Bakery. I’ve been baking and decorating cakes since I was 13, and what started as a creative outlet has grown into a business built around handcrafted desserts, custom celebrations, and bringing people together through baking. As a stay at home mom of two, I know life can be beautifully unpredictable and I love creating treats and experiences that make people slow down, celebrate, and have a little fun.
