About Homestead Saunas

I’m the owner and founder of Homestead Saunas, a wood-fired sauna and nature spa based in Southern Wisconsin. My work with sauna merges ancient fire and plant medicine traditions, extending beyond any single culture. While my sauna practice is deeply rooted in Slavic traditions, it has also been shaped by a lifetime of living close to the land and cultivating a deep connection and kinship with plants. Through Homestead Saunas, I offer a variety of botanical bathing experiences, immersive retreats and trainings, as well as hands-on massage and bodywork sessions.
