I’m Kaysha, a Brooklyn-based 300-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Level 3 practitioner, and founder of Brown Girl Garden (BGG), a wellness and community space rooted in connection, curiosity, and restoration. I create experiences that invite people to slow down, get grounded, and reconnect with themselves and each other through yoga, Reiki, breathwork, mindfulness, nature, and intentional conversation.
