What we cover behind every booking.

Marigold only works if the experiences you book actually show up — and actually deliver. Here is how we look after both ends of a booking.

Every host is reviewed

Hosts apply, get reviewed by our editors, and only go live after we approve their business registration, insurance posture, and the first experience they offer. No anonymous listings.

Fair refunds, written clearly

Our purchase policy is four paragraphs long. You know exactly what happens if you cancel — and what happens if your host does. No fine-print surprises.

If something is off, we look at it

If an experience is materially different from the listing, or the host cancels inside 48 hours, we issue a full refund and help you find a strong alternative when one is available.

Real support, same day

Email info@hellomarigold.com Monday through Saturday. A human responds within one business day, faster for anything time-sensitive on the day of the event.

What we can’t cover

Being honest about the limits.

  • Weather, traffic, and acts of God. Outdoor events sometimes move inside; late arrivals sometimes miss the start. We coach hosts on backup plans; we can’t control a thunderstorm.
  • Personal taste. You might love a class; someone else might find it slow. Reviews exist to calibrate. Taste-based disappointments are not refundable.
  • Late cancellations by the attendee. Inside the cancellation windows in our Purchase Policy, cash refunds aren’t offered — but hosts often provide free reschedules, and we facilitate that gladly.
