About this experience
"The Pause" is what you have been craving as a mid-life woman. A realistic space to navigate the "messy middle" with grace, humor, and helpful tools A compassionate space to make sense of all.the.things changing in your mental, emotional, and physical world that are affecting your well-being A calm space to quiet down, hear yourself think, celebrate how far you have come, and open to up to where you would like to be next A supportive space to be held while you hold yourself. "The Pause" is a two-hour, once a month (second Tuesday of the month) intimate event that is open to any "midlife" women who are navigating perimenopause (just beginning, in the thick, or nearly done). We are introvert-friendly, empath-friendly, LGBTQ-friendly-- look we're friendly OK :) Leave with realistic tools that will help your midlife journey.
