Slow down and experience flavor with intention during this unique collaborative tasting led by Becky of The Random Tea Room and Nick from Parentheses. This immersive evening is designed to help you explore taste through curiosity rather than expertise. You'll discover how aroma, texture, acidity, bitterness, sweetness, and umami work together to create memorable drinking experiences and why you already have everything you need to appreciate them. The evening includes two guided four course tastings for a total of eight unforgettable flavors. Each guest will also receive a bottle of Parentheses "After" to take home. I created The Random Tea Room out of a need for calm in a chaotic world. Before opening the space, I didn’t know much about tea, only that I was searching for something that could help me slow down and feel more present.
