About this experience
Step away from the noise and experience a guided sound immersion designed for relaxation and reset. The session begins with simple guided breathing to help you settle in, followed by 35–45 minutes of immersive sound from crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments. Rather than trying to “clear your mind,” you’ll be encouraged to notice thoughts without needing to follow or stop them—an approachable way to experience meditation without the pressure of doing it perfectly. The sound concludes with about five minutes of quiet, similar to savasana at the end of a yoga class, before you’re slowly guided back to a seated position. You’ll leave with a simple breathing practice, a different perspective on meditation, and a firsthand reference point for what a more settled state can feel like.
