Step into Le Studio Anthost, a textile atelier tucked in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for an intimate afternoon of creativity. No experience or artistic background required, just curiosity and a willingness to play with color and texture. You will discover Paint with Wool, a signature technique created by textile artist Astrid. Using a multi-needle tool, you will work wool directly into linen in short, rhythmic strokes, building color, pattern, and texture layer by layer. Choose your motif and colors, then watch your design come to life under her guidance. Everything you need is provided, including linen, wool, a pillow cover, and an insert. What begins as a blank canvas will become your own one-of-a-kind pillow, ready to take home. Along the way, enjoy a French goûter with macarons, tea and coffee.
