Chef Clara Park of eat cetera philly will lead this hands-on cooking class and share her winning tips for the most delicious Korean BBQ beef, savory seafood pancake, jap chae (sweet potato noodles) and her signature misugaru (mixed grain) cake with strawberries and cream. Students will learn about the different cuts of beef used for Korean BBQ, the way to make the tastiest marinades, how to ensure golden and crispy seafood pancakes and the tips and tricks for jap chae. Finally, Chef Park will share how to make her signature dessert, misugaru cake with strawberries! Come hungry and leave with full bellies and a greater appreciation for Korean cuisine! Manseh!
