NOVA EssenceIO and Madam Sara(H) Charcuterie & Grazing invite you to slow down, breathe deep, and gather. Flow through a gentle Aromatherapy Yogilates session, then design your own mini charcuterie board to enjoy and take home. Leave feeling lighter and nourished. Special guest: Sarah Michel of Madam Sara(H), a boutique charcuterie company inspired by the Madan Sara merchants of Haiti, leads the Graze portion, guiding you through pairings and building the perfect personal board.
