About this experience

Join us for a beautiful afternoon of movement, flowers, and sensory exploration in the company of women. We'll begin with gentle pelvic yoga, breathwork, and guided movement, taking time to explore our bodies and enjoy the pleasure of movement. Through touch, scent, and botanical self-care rituals, we'll awaken our senses and discover new ways of experiencing the body. Together, we'll create a large floral mandala, enjoy a relaxing guided meditation with Paige, and close with a flower petal ceremony celebrating the feminine body and our connection with one another. Expect flowers, laughter, creativity, relaxation, and lovely moments shared together. Each guest receives a luxurious floral pillow and a collection of botanical self-care gifts from Just You For You.
